Offshore

L'exposition Offshore, conçue par Jean-Max Colard en réponse à une carte blanche, a été présentée pour la première fois à l'occasion de la Fiac du 9 septembre au 21 octobre 2005. L'Espace Paul Ricard demande chaque année à un commissaire d'expositions de sélectionner une dizaine d'artistes, les plus représentatifs de la jeune scène française. Collective et évolutive, Offshore est une plate-forme de vingt mètres carrés environ qui s'imagine comme un récit insulaire. 

Offshore is a free hand exhibition curated by Jean-Max Colard and presented for the first time in the French International Faire of Contemporary Art (Fiac) from 9th Septembre to 21st October 2005, in Paris. Each year, the Foundation of Paul Ricard offers to a curator to select around ten artists, the most representative of the young French scene. Collective and scalable, Offshore is a twenty square meters approximately platform which imagines itself as an insular story.
